SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Order: By placing a written order, the customer expressly acknowledges the sales, delivery, and payment conditions outlined below. Additionally, to confirm the order, the customer signs an Approval Form on a Proof of Approval (POA) corresponding to the
chosen model, thereby assuming contractual responsibility. Any special order must consist of a minimum of 2 pieces. Specifically manufactured items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of confirmed and acknowledged quality issues by the Moreau company.
2) Materials and Care: We exclusively use high-quality fabrics from top European suppliers. To maintain the quality of our products, it is crucial to adhere to the care instructions found on the care card or our website. Customers are alerted to potential risks of alteration or discoloration in case of non-compliance with these guidelines, as well as the use of cosmetics or excessively acidic perspiration, especially for embellished fabrics such as powdered, metallic, and holographic fabrics. Fabrics using sublimation technology are meticulously crafted, and despite their precision, some printing-related points may persist. To ensure product quality, each model undergoes thorough inspection. If you receive garments with persistent minor flaws, it indicates that we have deemed their presence does not impact the overall quality of the product. Please consider the following regarding our metallic/laminated fabrics: wear and repeated washings may diminish their shine. Areas subject to friction, perspiration, or
contact with deodorant may slightly lose their finish. Therefore, we recommend reserving the use of these leotards for special occasions such as competitions. Note that pilling may occur on sublimated fabrics when in contact with velcro or rough
surfaces, especially in the lower back area. Unfortunately, this phenomenon is inherent to the fabric and cannot be avoided. If your garment features sensitive color combinations, with dark and light tones, we recommend washing it in a large amount of
water using a gentle cycle to prevent fading. Remove the garment from the washing machine immediately after the spin cycle. For detailed washing instructions, please refer to our brochures or labels on our garments. Since all our leotards are made with
special and delicate fabrics, they require careful maintenance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for garments returned without having been washed according to these instructions.
3) Sizes to Order: Please consult our size chart, provided for reference. The size also depends on the cut and fabrics used. We gladly send a fitting set upon request, subject to our available stock. We disclaim any responsibility if the ordered sizes do not fit, and we cannot facilitate replacements or exchanges. We manufacture custom garments, not made-to-measure, so sizes may vary slightly depending on the materials used.
4) Prototype: Upon request, we create your prototype based on your color and size choices and a price offer. Our leotards are custom-made, not made-to-measure, and the combination of certain materials may influence the cuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact size of the leotard. To minimize risks, we recommend ordering a prototype in advance to adjust sizes for the final order. You can use it as a reference for your final order. Two prototypes are feasible per project. Only one is accepted for return, and a credit is issued upon its return within one month. The other remains charged and is neither accepted for return nor exchange. Any act of copying or counterfeiting will be subject to legal action.
5) Replenishment
It is always possible to replenish for new members, for example, as long as the fabric is still available. If it is not, as we cannot guarantee our suppliers' ranges, we will propose another similar fabric for the same model.
6) Delivery Time: 6 to 8 weeks from order receipt and subject to 100% payment of the order. All orders are dispatched by our approved carriers.
Delays in delivery do not entitle cancellation of the order, demand for compensation, or withholding of payments.
7) Payment Terms: 100% upon receipt of the written order confirmation. Upon the third reminder, we forward your case to a debt collection agency,
and additional fees are at your expense.
8) Prices: Our prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT or other import taxes), and are scaled according to the quantity ordered, based on departure from Saint Michel sur Rhône (France). Price modifications are reserved.
9) After-Sales Service: For any complaints, please contact our customer service or your representative. It is imperative to provide

The purchase date,
customer number, invoice number, and quantity of pieces concerned. - Inform us if the product has been used and washed.
- Attach a photo of the entire product, a clear photo close to the observed issue, and a photo of the inner label.
If customer service deems it a warranty claim, we will arrange for the return and reshipment of the goods at our expense. Otherwise, the costs will be at your expense.

Rhinestones for 6 months as assessed by the
Moreau company. - Seams: 3 months (minor damage → Unsewn edging / Small opening / loose thread) without intensive use, at the discretion of the Moreau company.
We recommend checking the merchandise upon receipt. The Moreau company
disclaims any responsibility if the complaint is submitted beyond the warranty dates. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt. The Moreau company will not accept any items beyond the warranty period.
10) Retention of Ownership: The delivered goods remain our property until full payment according to the issued invoice.
