Shipping policy

Standard US Shipping: $12.00 for 1 to 2 items and $19.00 for 3 or more items (3–7 business days after 1–2 business days of processing).

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping We ship worldwide from our studio in Bethel, Connecticut, USA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs.

Duties and Taxes: International orders ship with delivery duties unpaid. Any import duties, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees are set by the destination country and may be due on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Passport Collection Pre-Orders Passport Collection pre-orders ship in mid-December 2026 for both US and international orders.

Team Custom Orders Delivery Time 6 to 8 weeks from order receipt and subject to 100% payment of the order. All orders are dispatched by our approved carriers.

Important Notes Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility. Delays in delivery do not entitle cancellation of the order, demand for compensation, or withholding of payments.
